We have set new high standards of care for the elderly, many of whom will have been more active and more widely travelled than previous generations. For example, our menus offer choices of home-cooked cuisine from around the world, using ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. We cater for all dietary and nutritional needs, offer a wide range of teas and coffees and also encourage residents to enjoy a glass of wine or sherry if this is their preference. Room service is always an option.

We offer lounges designed to encourage socialising in small groups, but which also offer privacy and quiet spaces for conversation, or for reading without distraction.
We have probably one of the most beautiful settings in Minehead for you to relax and let the world go by, looking at the spectacular views of North Hill and its ever changing colours and also being able to see the sea.  

Eastleigh is situated just a short ride from the resort town of Minehead which has a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as churches of all the main denominations. We also offer regular church services within our home. Frequent outings are arranged in Eastleigh’s specially-adapted mini-bus, which may take you anywhere and everywhere including places of interest in Exmoor and West Somerset.

Eastleigh is one of very few Dual-Registered Nursing and Care Homes in West Somerset, and we are proud to be able to offer a much-needed facility to such a high standard of care.
