We have set ourselves extremely high standards for the care and well-being of our residents, which is reflected not only in the quality of the services and facilities we offer them, but in the kind and caring attitude of our staff and the standard of their training.


Most bedrooms are ensuite, and every resident has their own individual care routine which is planned with residents and reviewed regularly. Some bedrooms have balconies, which extend the living area providing a lovely place to sit, chat with friends, or just watch the world go by. We are within easy walking distance of the town’s post office, shops, cafes and churches, and we also offer regular church services within our home. Many residents are sufficiently adventurous to join the regular outings in our specially- adapted mini-bus. These trips may be anywhere on Exmoor or the seaside towns and the surrounding areas – most requests can be accommodated!
