We are fortunate as a business to be able to provide five superbly appointed self contained apartments within a Victorian property close to our South Molton home. 
Each apartment benefits from an easily accessible fully fitted kitchen with an integral fridge, cooker and hob; there is also a separate luxurious bathroom.  The living space is extremely generous and the bedrooms are generously proportioned doubles.  Each flat is decorated to an excellent standard with harmonized carpets and curtains to the rich décor.
The surrounding exterior of the property affords beautiful gardens offering somewhere to sit and take in the sunshine.
Residents at Rossiter House can take advantage of the superb facilities offered in Eastleigh Care Homes, just a short stroll away.  Equally should residents wish they can benefit from the cuisine available in Eastleigh or choose to cater for themselves in their personal kitchen.  Should it be necessary the high quality care at Eastleigh is also available, with various options for support with housekeeping and other daily activities if required.

Each resident of Rossiter House is supported when required by a waking assistant; ensuring that you can feel comfortable and safe within your home whilst maintaining your independence.
